Turnover, in one example

A card showing 10x on the bonus with a BDT 500 credit needs BDT 5,000 in bets that count. The same 10x on deposit plus bonus with a BDT 1,000 deposit needs BDT 15,000. Slots usually count at 100%, so a BDT 100 spin moves the counter by BDT 100; a category counting at 20% moves it by BDT 20 for the same stake. The counter shows on the card. Daily login, missions and rebate

The daily-login lucky bonus is not a reward for logging in alone: the current card in the official channel opens four red-envelope waves once BDT 100 has been deposited and BDT 200 wagered that day, runs up to twelve waves, requires login through the app and clears at 2x, with a daily ceiling of BDT 33,333. Missions attach a fixed reward to a specific action, such as a first bet on a game category or a deposit within a window, and the reward is collected from the Reward Centre when the task shows as done. Manual Rebate gives back a share of turnover on request from the Reward Centre; the percentage differs by game category, and slots usually carry the highest figure. Calendar events

Membership Carnival takes place on three fixed dates a month, the 1st, the 11th and the 21st, with deposit and turnover tasks that pay set amounts on those days only. The daily championship shares a seven-figure pool, BDT 1,000,000, by leaderboard position, with turnover as the ranking figure and the award table on the card. Divided equally among 100 places that pool would be BDT 10,000 each, and a ranked table pays far more at the top and far less below, which is why the award table matters more than the headline. Birthday bonuses grow with VIP level and are requested from live chat on the day, with a deposit condition in the days before. Read each event card on the morning it starts.

Delay compensation

When 15 minutes have passed without the money arriving, in either direction, open live chat, give the transaction reference and ask. The bonus credits with 1x rollover. One deposit claim and one withdrawal claim per member per day. It is not paid when the wallet system is down or the request still shows as processing.
