Activating a bonus
Apply, then deposit
Open the card and tap its Apply or Join button. The card shows as active. Then open the cashier, pick a wallet, pay at or above the card's minimum and confirm with the TrxID. Bonus and deposit land together. A payment made before the card is applied arrives as plain cash, and once the account has a deposit on record the first-deposit card has nothing left to attach to. Screenshot the active card before paying if the amount is large. An agent in live chat confirms an active card on request, a one-minute check before the payment that settles the order of the two steps.

The card lists the categories that count and the percentage for each. A slot bonus worked off on live tables moves slowly or not at all, and a live casino bonus worked off on slots may move nothing. Stake size does not change the total needed, only the number of rounds it takes. Progress shows on the card after each settled bet. Check it after the first ten rounds, and switch games if the counter has not moved.
A complete example
Deposit BDT 1,000 with the 50% card applied and the balance shows BDT 1,500. A card reading 10x on the bonus sets a BDT 5,000 target in bets that count; at BDT 25 per spin on a 100% slot that is 200 spins, and at BDT 50 per spin it is 100 spins. If the card says 10x on deposit plus bonus, the target is BDT 15,000, or 600 spins at BDT 25. Wins and losses along the way change the balance but not the target. When the counter reaches zero, the bonus and its winnings convert to cash and the withdrawal path opens. A validity period of, say, 7 days at BDT 25 a spin needs about 30 spins a day for the smaller target, which is a realistic session, and about 90 a day for the larger one, which is not for most players. Do that arithmetic before applying the card, not after. Write the target down before the first spin. Compare the counter against it every session.
Restrictions to read before the first bet
Maximum stake per round while a bonus is active. Excluded games and categories. Minimum odds on sports bets that count. A cap on winnings from the bonus, where the card has one. Withdrawal requests before the counter reaches zero, which wait until the bonus is cleared or cancelled. Each is one line on the card, and each has voided more bonuses than bad luck ever has.
Deadlines, cancellation and withdrawal
Expiry and two deadlines
Cards carry a claim window and a usage window, and they are different dates. The claim window is the period in which the card can be applied. The usage window starts when the bonus credits and ends when unfinished turnover is forfeited along with winnings from the bonus. Expiry removes bonus funds and bonus winnings, not the cash part of the balance, and the cash part is whatever remains after play, which can be less than the deposit. Both dates print on the card, and the usage window also shows next to the counter.
Cancel a bonus you do not want
Live chat can remove an active bonus on request, and that is the path to a withdrawal when turnover is still open, since the account terms hold payouts until an active bonus is cleared or cancelled. The bonus amount and any winnings from it are removed; the cash in the balance stays, and it is the current cash balance, not the original deposit, so a deposit that was played down stays played down. Use this when a card turns out to have a base or a contribution table that does not fit your play, instead of grinding a target that was never realistic. Does a 50% bonus mean the whole balance is withdrawable?
No. While a bonus is active, withdrawals wait until the counter reaches zero or the bonus is cancelled through live chat, and the identity check comes before the first payout in either case. After cancellation, the cash part of the balance is withdrawable, and that is the current cash balance, which may be less than the deposit if it was played. Why do my total stakes exceed the turnover but the counter has not cleared?
Some of the stakes were on games counting below 100% or at 0%. Check the contribution table on the card against the games you played. Bets above the maximum stake line may also be excluded from the count. Void and cancelled bets count for nothing either.
Where do I see the remaining turnover?
On the card itself under Promotions, updated after each settled bet. Live chat can read the same figure. Screenshot it before a withdrawal request if you are close to zero. Pending bets do not move it until they settle.
Can I use two bonuses at the same time?
Two deposit cards on one payment, no; two bonus lines from two deposits, yes, each with its own counter. Bets count toward one deposit bonus at a time, usually the older line first, and the card states the order where it matters.
