Part one: using our pages

Our pages describe offers as they stood on the update date shown at the top, and a card that changed after that date governs over our description of it. We correct reported errors once checked against the source. Nobody pays us for wording or scores, and readers under 18 are not our audience. Using the site means accepting this part. Nothing here creates a relationship between us and your TK999 account, and nothing on our pages is a promise about any bonus, payout or result.

Part two: TK999 account rules in plain terms

Registering at TK999 creates an account under the platform's own terms, shown at registration and in the account. What follows is our reading of the rules a player meets most often, grouped by the activity they attach to. Where our summary and the account text differ, the account text wins. Live chat answers questions about a specific clause. Account terms are shown in Bangla and English. Both versions say the same thing.

Eligibility and one account

The minimum age for real-money play is 18. One account per person, per household and per device is the rule, and duplicate accounts are closed at verification with promotions voided on all of them. Register with your own mobile number and your own name, as the name is compared with the wallet and the identity document later. An account is personal and cannot be lent, sold or shared, and a bet placed from a shared account is the account holder's bet. Keep the password and OTPs to yourself.

Payments

Deposits and withdrawals use wallets bound under the account name, and a transfer from someone else's wallet is held until the ownership question is settled. Follow the amount, destination number and reference shown in the cashier at the moment of payment, since the receiving number rotates. Keep the wallet confirmation until the balance updates. A transfer confirmation from bKash or Nagad is evidence that money left the wallet; the account balance is the record that it arrived. Withdrawals wait for the identity check that precedes a first payout and for any open turnover on an active bonus. The deposit page covers the steps. Fees on the TK999 side are zero, and the wallet's own fees are the wallet's, which is one more reason to read the cashier instruction at the moment of payment instead of relying on a screenshot from last week. Deposits made to a number that has since rotated are traced by TrxID and take longer.

Games and markets

Each game runs under its own rules screen, and the version and mode inside the TK999 lobby are the ones that apply. Rounds settle on the server; a disconnected round settles at the state the server recorded and appears in bet history. A demo or Free Trial balance has no cash value. Sports and e-sports selections settle under the market's description and settlement rules, and a market read wrongly is still settled as written. Provider figures such as RTP and maximum win describe the maths of the game, not the result of a session.

Promotions

Each card carries its own eligibility, activation, turnover, contribution, maximum stake and expiry terms, and those terms sit on top of the account terms without replacing them. A card must be applied before the deposit it attaches to. Bonus funds and winnings from them are forfeited when a bonus is cancelled for a withdrawal before the counter reaches zero, on a stake above the card's maximum and at expiry. Abuse of promotions, including duplicate accounts, arbitrage across accounts and betting patterns designed to convert a bonus without risk, voids the bonus and can close the account. Cards change without notice and the version shown at the moment of deposit is the one that applies, which is why a screenshot of the card taken before paying is the single most useful record a bonus dispute can have. Take it every time.

Enforcement, disputes and closure

Interference

Automated play, exploiting a software error, colluding with other players, using stolen payment details or attacking the platform ends the account and forfeits the balance from those activities. Reporting a software error to live chat instead of exploiting it is the expected behaviour. VPN use that misrepresents location is treated as interference. The rules are ordinary and the enforcement is by verification and review.

Verification and review

TK999 can ask for an identity document and proof of wallet ownership at the first withdrawal, on account recovery, when a wallet is bound and when activity looks unusual. Payouts pause until the check completes. Uploads happen inside the account, never in chat. A review can also freeze promotions while it runs. Cooperate with the request in full, and keep the copies you sent.

Disputes and records

A dispute about a round, a payment or a bonus is decided on the records: bet history, the transaction reference, the card and the chat transcript. Open the case in live chat with the reference and the time, ask for a senior review if the first answer does not settle it, and keep the conversation number. Closure

A player can close the account through live chat at any time, and the remaining cash balance is paid to the bound wallet after verification. Bonus funds with open turnover lapse. TK999 can close an account for breach of these rules, with cash balances handled under its terms. Records are kept for the period the platform's own rules set. Reopening a closed account is at the platform's discretion.
