Three matching symbols across one of the five lines pay the paytable value times the multiplier reel. Full Symbol pays when all nine positions show the same symbol. The Lucky Wheel is the bonus round with its own award table. The multiplier reel

The fourth reel beside the grid shows a multiplier value on each spin, and every winning line on that spin is multiplied by it. The values are in the paytable of the build TK999 runs. A BDT 20 line at x1 is BDT 20, at x5 is BDT 100 and at x15 is BDT 300. Spins with no winning line pay nothing at any multiplier, and a high value on an empty grid is decoration. Reading the multiplier as a promise is the mistake to avoid; it is a factor applied to wins that occur. Two winning lines at x5 each pay five times their paytable value, and the two amounts add.

Full Symbol and the cap

Full Symbol fires when all nine positions hold the same symbol, and it pays the top award for that symbol across all five lines at once. Full Symbol on the top-paying symbol at the highest multiplier value is where the 10,000x figure comes from. It is a rare event by design. Lower symbols filling the grid pay less. The paytable shows the value of each full grid at the current stake. A full grid of the lowest symbol at x1 is a modest win, and the same grid at the top multiplier value is the kind of round players screenshot, which is the whole range of the game in one mechanic. The Lucky Wheel

Stake and budget
