Signing in
Sign in
Open the site or the app and tap Login. Enter the mobile number with the number itself, without the country code unless the field shows one. Type the password and confirm. The lobby opens on the last language you chose. Switch to Bangla or English at the top if it opened in the other one. A saved password in the phone's manager fills the field on the real site only, which is one more reason to use one: a fake login page at a similar address gets nothing from it, and you notice the difference before typing anything.
New device or new location
TK999 may ask for an OTP when a login comes from a phone it has not seen. Enter it and the device is remembered. Repeated OTP prompts on the same phone can have several causes, and a browser set to delete cookies on exit is only one of them. A prompt on a device you did not use is a signal to change the password at once and check the bound wallet in Personal Center.
App and browser
| Access | Login | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Android APP | Same credentials | Stays logged in behind the screen lock |
| iOS Lite-App | Same credentials | Home-screen web app on iPhone, opens full screen |
| Mobile browser | Same credentials | Log out on shared phones |
| Desktop browser | Same credentials | Wide lobby layout |
The download guide covers installing either app on the device you use most, with the steps for Android and for iPhone laid out separately. There is no separate app account. A browser session can stay active after the browser is closed, so closing it is not the same as logging out; the app keeps the session until you log out or change the password, which suits a phone only you use. The browser is the better choice on any device that is not yours.
Shared devices
Log out through the account menu when you finish on a borrowed phone or a work computer. On a device that is not yours, also clear what the browser kept: cookies and site data, history, saved passwords and autofill entries are separate items in the browser settings and are deleted separately. Do not tick "remember me" on a shared device. Set a screen lock on your own phone if the app stays logged in.

Getting back in
Recover a lost password
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter the registered mobile number and request the OTP. Enter the code and set a new password. The old sessions on other devices close at that point, so log in again on each. Recovery takes about two minutes when the SIM that receives the OTP is in the phone you are holding, and considerably longer when it is not. A lost SIM means live chat and an identity check before the number can be changed, which is why the registered number should always be one you control. Write the new password into a password manager instead of a chat with yourself. The manager fills it on the real site only.
Loading problem or account problem
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Page does not open | Network filter or weak signal | Switch Wi-Fi and mobile data, try the app |
| Spinner after tapping Login | Slow connection | Wait, then reload once |
| "Wrong password" | Typo or old password | Use recovery |
| "Account not found" | Different number registered | Check the number, then live chat |
| "Account locked" | Verification or security review | Live chat from the login screen |
A page that will not load points to the network and needs no message to support, and an error inside the form, after the page has loaded and the fields have accepted input, points to the account and is the case live chat exists for. Live chat sits on the login screen for exactly this case. An agent sees the account status from the number alone. Trying the app when the browser fails, or the browser when the app fails, separates the two cases in under a minute and gives the agent a useful fact if you do end up in chat.
Explain a persistent problem
Send the exact message text, the time, the device and the app or browser used. Say what you tried. Leave the password and any OTP out. Screenshots help. Name the registered number in the first message.
After you are back in
Check the balance, the bound wallet and the active bonuses in Promotions. Then open the lobby or the sportsbook and carry on. Change the password if anything looks unfamiliar. Support never asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Should I register again if I forget the password?
No. Use Forgot Password on the login screen and reset by OTP. A second account is closed at verification and its promotions are voided. The original account keeps the balance and the history.
Can I sign in with the interface in English?
Yes. The language switch is on the login screen as well as inside the account. Bangla and English are the two options. The choice is saved on the device.
What should stay out of a support message?
The password, the OTP and the wallet PIN. Support reads the account without them. Whoever asks for them is not TK999. Screenshots with those visible should be cropped first.
Why does TK999 ask for an OTP every time?
One possible cause is a browser that deletes cookies on exit, so each visit looks like a new device; a changed network or a cleared site storage can have the same effect. Allow site data for the TK999 address in the browser settings, or use the Android APP, which keeps the session behind the screen lock. An OTP prompt on a phone you have not used is a different matter and calls for a password change. A prompt that arrives when nobody is logging in should be ignored and reported in live chat.
Can I use the same login in the app?
Yes. The website, Android APP and iOS Lite-App share the same username, password and wallet.
