Total bets, not deposits and not net losses, drive the level, so a player who deposits once and turns the same money over many times climbs faster than one who deposits often and bets little. The thresholds widen sharply at the top, and the account's VIP page shows the exact figure to the next level next to a progress bar. Losing bets count the same as winning ones. Bonus-funded bets count too. Cancelled and void bets do not, and neither do Free Trial rounds, which run on practice credits outside the account's bet history.
The two VIP payments
Upgrade bonus
Each new level pays a fixed amount once, and the amounts grow with the level. The first levels pay a few taka; the level table published by TK999 partners shows BDT 3,000 at VIP10 and BDT 1,000,000 at VIP50. Collect it in the Reward Centre; it does not credit on its own on every version of the app. The upgrade bonus and the salary are two different lines. Weekly and monthly salary
Salary is paid for holding a level, and the amount rises with the level. Weekly salary unlocks each Monday, monthly salary at the start of each month. Both clear at 1x, so a BDT 500 salary needs BDT 500 in bets before it withdraws. Collect within the window shown in the Reward Centre; weekly and monthly salary are separate lines with separate collection buttons, so collecting one of them leaves the other waiting where it was. The window and what happens to an uncollected amount are stated in the Reward Centre, so read them once. Weekly salary at a mid-level and monthly salary at the same level are two separate collections in the same place, and both appear as lines in the Reward Centre with their own windows. Collect each one.
No downgrade from VIP10
Levels VIP0 and VIP1 have no downgrade condition, VIP2 to VIP9 carry a simplified activity condition and VIP10 and above are permanent. That makes VIP10 the meaningful target for a regular player: from there the weekly and monthly salary keep arriving through quiet months. The exact activity condition for the middle levels is on the VIP page inside the account. Reaching it once is enough. Nothing after that removes the level.
Level, rewards and progress
What else scales with level
Other rewards linked to the level, such as a birthday bonus or envelope thresholds that differ by VIP group, appear only where a current card in the account describes them. Their amounts, dates and conditions are on that card, and none is assumed here. Ask live chat which of them your level has before planning around one. Identity verification may be required for a claim, and the card says so. None of these replaces the salary. Event cards change more often than the level table.
VIP and other rewards
Manual Rebate pays on turnover at any level and has its own request line in the Reward Centre. Missions and Carnival tasks are level-independent. A deposit bonus in progress does not pause VIP progress, as bets with bonus funds count toward the total. The bonus page lists everything outside the VIP table.
A missing VIP reward
Check the Reward Centre first, where an uncollected upgrade bonus waits. Then check the collection window on the salary card. If the level shows correctly and the reward is absent, go to live chat with the level, the date it was reached and a screenshot of the Reward Centre.
