If a card has no code field, it has no code. Searching for a code to add to a card that does not want one wastes the time and sometimes leads to a fake site. The card is the authority on its own claim method. Cards state their claim method in one line near the button, and that line is the only place to check, as codes advertised anywhere else attach to nothing in your account.
How to redeem a voucher
Match the code with its campaign
Start with the campaign name printed next to the code. Open that card in Promotions and read the reward, the deposit minimum, the turnover base and the expiry, as the code carries none of that information and the terms live on the card. A code with no findable card is expired, mistyped or not from TK999. Live chat can tell you which in a minute. Keep the card open while you enter the code. Partner vouchers name the partner. Event vouchers name the event and its dates. A code with neither is suspect.
Enter the code
Codes are case-sensitive on most systems, so type them as printed or paste them. Check for a zero against a letter O and a one against a letter I. Enter the code in the field the card names, which is on the card itself or in the cashier next to the amount for deposit-linked vouchers. Confirm and read the message. A success message names the campaign; anything else is a rejection with a reason. Paste beats typing.
Deposit order with a voucher
For a deposit-linked voucher, the code goes in before the payment, in the same way a card is applied before a deposit. Enter the code, see the success message, then deposit at or above the minimum the card states and confirm with the TrxID. The bonus arrives together with that deposit. A payment made ahead of the acceptance message lands as cash. For a non-deposit voucher, the reward credits when the code is accepted, and the turnover counter starts at once.

Two rejections in a row mean stop typing and give live chat the code and the campaign name. An agent can see which condition failed. Do not deposit to "fix" a rejected code, as the deposit lands as cash and the code stays rejected. Screenshots of the message help.
Codes that are not TK999 codes
Groups and pages that circulate "TK999 free codes" are selling clicks to fake login pages or to other platforms. A real TK999 voucher appears on a card inside your own account, on the official Telegram channel or on a partner page that links to the real site. It never asks for a password or an OTP. If a code came with a link, check the address before typing anything, and if in doubt, type the TK999 address yourself and look for the card. After a successful redemption
The reward shows on its card with a turnover counter, and a 1x line still means one full turnover of the stated base before withdrawal, whatever the amount. Play the categories the card counts. Frequently asked questions
Can a code be entered into a payment reference field?
No. The reference field belongs to the wallet transfer and is read by the payment system only. A code typed there does nothing and can make the deposit harder to match. Codes go into the field the card names.
What should I do after a rejected entry?
Retype once, checking zero against O and one against I. If it fails again, take the code, the campaign name and a screenshot of the message to live chat. Do not make a deposit to test it. Expired codes stay expired.
Does every promotion need a voucher?
No. The welcome match, the lucky draw, the second gift, the red envelopes, missions, rebate and VIP salary are all claimed by a button or in the Reward Centre. Codes are the exception.
