TK999 charges no deposit fee on its side. The wallet may charge its own cash-out or send fee, and that fee is not part of the amount credited. Limits per transaction appear in the cashier next to each method and change with VIP level. How to deposit with a wallet
Deposit with bKash or Nagad in six steps
- Open Promotions and apply the offer you want to attach, if any.
- Open the cashier and pick the wallet, bKash or Nagad.
- Enter the amount, BDT 100 or more, and confirm.
- The cashier shows a receiving number and sometimes a reference; copy both.
- Send the exact amount from your wallet app to that number.
- Paste the transaction ID (TrxID) into the cashier field and submit.
The receiving number can change between deposits. Always copy it from the cashier at the moment of payment and never from an old chat or a saved contact, as a stale number is the most common way a deposit goes missing. Send the exact amount shown. A rounded-up amount sits in review until an agent matches it by hand. The TrxID is the receipt, and it lives in the wallet app's transaction history if you close the confirmation screen too early. Keep it until the balance updates. Fast Payment, where the cashier offers it, removes the copying step entirely.
Personal transfer and Fast Payment
Two guides inside the Promotions area describe the transfer flows. Personal transfer means sending from your wallet to the number the cashier shows and confirming with the TrxID, which is the flow above. Fast Payment opens the wallet app directly from the cashier with the amount and destination prefilled, so there is nothing to copy and the TrxID is matched automatically. Use Fast Payment where the cashier offers it. Fall back to personal transfer when the wallet app does not open from the link. Both flows credit the same way.
Amount sent and amount credited
The account credits the amount that arrived at the receiving number. A BDT 200 transfer with a BDT 10 wallet fee charged on top debits BDT 210 from the wallet and credits BDT 200. A transfer where the fee is taken out of the amount arrives as BDT 190 and credits BDT 190, which puts the deposit under the BDT 200 lucky-draw line. Check which way your wallet charges before sending an amount near a threshold.
Attach a promotion
A payment carries one deposit card at most, applied on its card before the money is sent. The 50% first-deposit card, the second-gift card and the deposit campaigns each show a minimum and a turnover multiple. Cashback-type rewards such as Manual Rebate and the delay compensation are requested afterwards and need no selection. The cards are on the bonus page and turnover is explained in the bonus guide. The card shows the remaining turnover after the deposit credits, and a payment made without applying the card first is credited as cash and cannot be converted afterwards, however soon you ask.

The rule, as posted on the official channel: if a deposit has not credited 15 minutes after the transfer, start a live chat, give the TrxID and ask for the compensation. It credits as bonus with 1x rollover. Each member can claim it once a day for a deposit and once a day for a withdrawal. It is not paid when the transfer itself is still processing on the wallet side or the wallet system is down. The table applies to withdrawals as well, with the same tiers and the same 15-minute line, and the withdrawal version is not paid while the request shows as processing.
A delayed deposit
Wait ten minutes before doing anything, as a delay can clear on its own. Then check the wallet app: a transfer marked pending has not left the wallet, and TK999 cannot credit money it has not received. If the wallet shows success, open live chat with the TrxID, the amount, the time and the receiving number you paid. Do not send a second payment to fix the first, since two payments create two cases. Crypto deposits
Asset, network and receiving address appear in the cashier, and all three must match on the sending side. A memo or tag, where shown, is part of the address. What is the minimum deposit at TK999?

Why has my deposit not appeared?
The usual causes are a TrxID typed wrongly, an amount that differs from the cashier figure, a payment to an old receiving number or a wallet transfer still pending. Check the wallet app first. Then start a chat and give the TrxID and the amount. Compensation applies after 15 minutes under the rules above.
Can I deposit from a friend's bKash?
The deposit may credit, and the withdrawal later will not go to that wallet. Payouts go only to a wallet bound in your name in Personal Center. Deposit from your own wallet from the start and the whole cycle runs without a review. The two names are compared when the first payout is verified.
Does TK999 charge a deposit fee?
No fee is taken on the TK999 side, and the amount that reaches the receiving number is the amount credited. The wallet may charge its own send fee, either on top of the transfer or out of it, and only the second case reduces the credit. A BDT 200 payment with the fee taken out of it arrives as less than BDT 200 and misses the draw threshold. Check the wallet's fee setting once before the first deposit and send a little above a threshold when in doubt. Withdrawals are fee-free on the platform side too, and the wallet's cash-out charge is separate.
What should I save after a transfer?
Keep the wallet or bank receipt until the payment is credited. It records the amount, time and transaction ID.
